Advertised Rates

The rates advertised on this site are kept up to date. However rates will change from time to time. To ensure that you have the current rates, hit the refresh button on your browser, especially if you have visited this page previously. Robin’s Place shall deem rates from old versions of this Rates page stored in cache on your computer as being invalid.

Tentative Confirmation

On the receipt of your enquiry, we will contact you and provide you with confirmation of availability. A holding deposit is required (30% if proof of confirmed flights can be provided, 50% if no flight bookings have been made) Rates can be changed at anytime without notification.

Reservation Confirmation

Due to high demand, Aruna at Robins Place is often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation, you need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested to our AU$ bank account.
As soon as the deposit arrives in the bank account, your reservation will be confirmed. Please advise us by email once your transfer has been made. We will then send you a written confirmation note. Reservations are handled on a “first come, first served” basis.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non refundable, unless agreed upon on special case by case basis. The balance of rental payment is due on arrival at Robins Place and is collected by our manager in cash by Komang. We don’t accept visa cards or travelers cheques.


Minimum Stays and maximum number of people

We have minimum stay requirement at Robins Place of 7 nights. We might agree to shorter stays on a case by case basis. Aruna will can accommodate up to the maximum 8 adults. A fold out bed can be arranged for small children.

Checkout Standard

Checkout time on the final day is 12 noon. Subject to availability, the villa can be used on the final day of departure up to 9:00 pm for 50% of the night rate.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Robins place, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

Quiet Amenity

We reserve the right to terminate a booking with immediate affect, should a guest, or the acquaintance of a guest partake in activity contrary to Indonesian law, exhibit behaviour that is considered threatening, demeaning or negatively impacting toward staff or other guests, or wilfully damage the property. In such an occurrence, any of the guests remaining accomodation is forfeited and they must vacate the property immediately.

Pool Safety

We kindly request for your safety that you do not run around the pool area. Please also note that the swimming pools at Aruna, and in Bali in general, do not have child safety fences, and we insist you monitor your children around the pool vigilantly.

Pool safety fences are available for hire at a number of baby hire outlets.
